I talked in my last post about 'earthing'. It's a simple idea. Go outdoors and place your bare hands and feet directly on the earth. The idea is that it gives us direct access to the free electrons which when flowing between earth and bare skin, reduces free radicals and static electrical charge. You can read more about it here (yes, it's a Gloop link but the website can sometimes be quite interesting).
So what do I want to do on these walks? I just want to get like-minded creatives together to visit a different inspiring place each week. We'll talk about what we're working on. We'll bring notepads and pens or whatever other instrument helps us create. Dogs welcome. No children though, sorrrrrrrry! We'll stop somewhere halfway, feel the earth, create. I don't envisage it taking more than 2 hours. Maybe a lot less. It'll probably on Monday mornings starting on 6th September. Below is my schedule. If you'd like to attend, just drop me a message using the contact form above and let me know a little bit about you and I'll let you know timings and meeting places. Monday 6th September, 11am: Newport Pagnell Inspire Walk Meet outside the Alchemise Studio, an 18th century manor house now home to a yoga studio. During the walk, we'll walk along the River Ouzel until we get to a Grade 1 listed iron bridge, crossing over to Ousebank Gardens, home to a beautiful and historic cemetery and wide open wildlife. Options: Join Tracy for yoga at the studio Have a cuppa or lunch at one of Newport Pagnell's Monday 13th September: Ouse Valley Park (Stony Stratford area) Monday 20th September: Stowe Park
